Will competition shooting get you killed? That question has caused a lot of arguments in the gun community. Combat veteran Ben Branam joins me to share his combat experiences and to help answer the question of if and when competition shooting helps  you in a gunfight. We also discussed the tragic shooting in Aurora, Colorado and the success of Samuel Williams using his pistol to repel 2 guys who tried to rob an internet cafe in Florida. Speed Sights are a new sighting concept. I have 2 sets of them. One of them has been sent to me for testing and evaluation. It’s hard to find a set of sights that give me extremely fast front sight acquisition and the ability to take a precision shot and have tritium inserts for lowlight conditions. I really believe Speed Sights give me all 3. I’m very impressed with them. So Don, the owner of Speed Sights is my guest on this episode.
