Picking a handgun is sometimes a tough choice. I’m often asked, “what handgun do you think I should buy?” It’s nearly impossible for me to answer that, because everyone has different hand sizes, finger lengths, needs, wants and body shapes. Well, a listener named Paul from Maryland sent me an audio explanation of a method of weighing the must haves and wants and it’s a pretty cool and well thought out method of selecting a handgun. So you’ll hear that and also a little bit of my explanation of why I carry what I do. The main point of this podcast is that you don’t necessarily want to listen to friends or relatives opinion of what gun is best for you. I would also suggest staying away from being convinced by all of the fancy marketing that gun manufacturers tend to put out. Hopefully in this show you’ll be able to use this method to make an informed decision. And as always, I welcome your feedback either in audio form or written form. Thanks for listening and shoot safe, Bob Mayne, HandgunWorld Show.

Great episode, I was wondering if Paul had a copy of said spreadsheet? I’ve always found it difficult to select what gun to get next, maybe using this spread sheet would save me a bit of money.

Anyways, keep up the good work Bob.
