Hey Bob, great show. I fully understand your point, about brand loyalty. I am a 1911 guy. For years, I only bought and traded Colt 1911s, because when I started carrying them, in the 1970s, there few choices of 1911, that were quality,. I finally got a Kimber Ultra Covert, in 45acp in 2007. After the expensive five hundred round breakin, and a slide stop replacement, it has been a superb pistol. I still wanted a high quality 1911, that I could afford, but not break the bank. I bought a Dan Wesson 1911 Vigil CCO 45acp, a couple of years ago, right before the pandemic. Glad I did. It is the best 1911, I have ever owned. I guess I am 1911 loyal, not brand loyal.
