Have you ever thought about how you would keep yourself alive, after you get shot? Most people survive when being shot with a handgun. But can you administer first aid to yourself? This episode concentrates on trauma medicine. I interview Dr. John Meade. He’s an ER physician and director of Trauma Medicine for Suarez International. He teaches a course called Trauma Medicine for the concealed carry operator. He’s also written a book called “Beating the Reaper, Vol. 1.” Consider this, because of your excellent training, you’ve prevailed in the gunfight, but your spouse who was with you has been wounded. Do you know what to do? Are you prepared? Dr. Meade gives some valuable insights in this interview. Links can be found on the GRRN forum. Bob Mayne, HandgunWorld Podcast
